PRESENTATIONS

There will be three types of presentations:

1. Oral Presentations

All submitters of abstracts will be required to perform an oral presentation. These are conference-styled talks, in front of a group of peers, using overhead material such as transparencies or a computer. They are 15 minutes in length, followed by 5 minutes of questions and answers. Oral presentations will be grouped into subject related tracks.

2. Poster Presentations:

Posters will be displayed during the conference in the Atrium on provided poster boards. This will provide presenters with an excellent opportunity to discuss late-breaking and on-going work in an informal setting, as well as practicing your conference-style poster-presentation skills.

3. Demonstrations:

Computer demonstrations are valuable if you have developed an application and you would like to have a chance to showcase your application in action. All demonstrations are in the Atrium and you must provide your own computer system. Table, chairs, power and networking will be provided.

SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS

All abstracts must be at most 2 pages long. All submissions must be created from either the LaTeX or the MS-Word templates provided on the conference web site. Submissions will only be accepted if they are created using a conference template.
